TPAO Vertical Separator Project is currently being executed by Cinasoğlu Group® for Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) to ensure the safe and efficient separation of process fluids in oil and natural gas production facilities. The project includes mechanical engineering, detailed design, material procurement, fabrication, welding, quality assurance, and high-pressure testing, all carried out in accordance with international manufacturing standards.

Manufactured for installation in Türkiye, the Vertical Separator features a 30 inch diameter, 3,822 mm length, 1 m³ capacity, a weight of 1,800 kg, and an operating pressure of 149 Bar. Designed for high-pressure separation of crude oil, natural gas, and process fluids, the equipment improves production efficiency while ensuring operational safety and reliable long-term performance.
