TPAO Emulsion Breaker Tank Project is currently being executed by Cinasoğlu Group® for Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) to improve the separation of crude oil, water, and gas during upstream oil production processes. The project includes the engineering, mechanical design, material procurement, fabrication, welding, quality assurance, and pressure testing of a total of 10 Emulsion Breaker Tanks, all carried out in accordance with international manufacturing standards.

Manufactured for installation in Erdurağı / Siirt, Türkiye, each tank features a 3,048 mm diameter, 12,206 mm length, 95 m³ capacity, a weight of 21 tons, and an operating pressure of 5 Bar. Designed to efficiently separate crude oil emulsions, the tanks enhance production efficiency, improve process reliability, and support stable field operations.
