Tüpraş Filter Separator was engineered and manufactured by Cinasoğlu Group® for Tüpraş, one of Türkiye's leading energy companies, for use in high-pressure process systems. The project included the mechanical design, engineering calculations, material procurement, fabrication, welding, non-destructive examinations, quality assurance, and full compliance with U-Stamp certification requirements for two Filter Separators.

Manufactured for installation in Türkiye, each unit features a 10 inch diameter, 2,597 mm length, and an operating pressure of 51 Bar. Designed to efficiently separate solid and liquid contaminants from process fluids, the equipment enhances operational reliability while protecting downstream process components under demanding industrial conditions.

Demonstrating its expertise in pressure vessels and process equipment manufacturing, Cinasoğlu Group® successfully completed the Tüpraş Filter Separator project in full compliance with U-Stamp certification requirements before delivering the equipment following comprehensive inspection and testing.
