Şişecam Trakya Glass Factory Cooling and Cutting Hoppers were engineered, manufactured, and successfully installed on-site by Cinasoğlu Group® to support the continuous operation of the cooling and cutting lines within the glass production process. The project included engineering design, structural calculations, steel fabrication, welding, quality assurance, and site assembly, all completed in accordance with international quality standards.

Constructed in Büyükkarıştıran / Kırklareli, Türkiye, the project involved a total of 86,520 kg of steel structure fabrication. The hoppers were designed to safely collect, transfer, and temporarily store materials after the cooling and cutting stages, contributing to uninterrupted production, improved process efficiency, and reliable plant operation.

Demonstrating its expertise in heavy steel structures and industrial process systems for the glass industry, Cinasoğlu Group® successfully completed the Şişecam Trakya Glass Factory Cooling and Cutting Hoppers project, delivering all manufacturing and installation works in full compliance with international quality standards.
